The first 14 days

In the 14 days after you subscribe, you can withdraw without giving a reason and get the full amount back.

Use the Withdraw from contract here button in the Profile, or write to [email protected].

Through the button, the receipt reaches your email at once. The refund goes out within 14 days, by the same means you paid.

After the 14 days

You cancel whenever you want, in the Profile.

Access continues until the end of the month already paid, and there is no next charge.

The month in progress is not refunded.

Pix

A Pix payment is returned by Pix, to the same account that paid.

A charge that looks wrong

Write to us before opening a dispute with your bank.

We answer within 5 days.
