Terms of use
Updated on 3 November 2026
Who sells
TaFacin's founder, Felipe Custodio, from Ireland.
Email [email protected], or the form at tafacin.com/contact.
The service
LifeOS brings the areas of your life into one place, and Kairos, the agent, crosses what you tell it and recommends.
It works in the browser, on the computer and on the phone.
Who can use it
People aged 18 or over, one account per person.
You look after your password and your passkeys.
Price
- USD 100 a month by card, through Stripe, charged every month until you cancel. It is the final price, with nothing added at checkout.
- A price in another currency, when offered, shows in full before payment and follows these terms.
- Access given by invitation, at no cost, also follows these terms and can be ended by us.
Cancelling
You cancel whenever you want, in the Profile.
Access continues until the end of the month already paid, and the next charge does not happen.
Withdrawal in the first 14 days is on the Cancellation page.
When access ends
With no active payment, the account becomes read-only.
You read and download everything, the chat stops, and nothing is deleted unless you ask.
What Kairos is
Kairos recommends based on what you tell it and on what science supports, and the decision is yours.
It can be wrong.
It is not a doctor, lawyer, accountant or investment adviser, and it replaces none of them.
In an emergency, look for local help.
Use
Nothing illegal, no attack on the system and no attempt to read another person's data.
An account that does this is closed.
What is yours
What you tell is yours.
TaFacin uses it only to make the service work for you, as the Privacy page says.
Running
The service runs on its own server and can stop for maintenance or a failure.
We work to keep it up, without promising it runs without interruption.
Liability
Nothing here takes away the rights your country's law gives you as a consumer.
Beyond them, TaFacin's liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.
Changes
A change that matters to you is announced by email 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
Law
Irish law applies, without removing the protection the law of the country where you live gives you as a consumer.
You can bring a claim in the courts of your country.
