Not a notepad The map of your reality

An app with the areas of your life in one placeSo you decide better and faster, seeing it all togetherYou tell it by text, audio or photo, and Kairos organizes it for you

One app for each thing, and only your head to bring it all together

The one who puts the parts together is you, in your head, in the middle of the day.You remember the balance while you choose lunch, weigh last night's bad sleep as you take on one more commitment, carry next week's due date all the way to bedtime.

That's why your head tires first. It has become the place where your whole life meets.

What you already use, and what changes here

Single-area apps measure that one thing well, and that's why so many people like them.A spreadsheet keeps exactly what you type, and a habit app helps you repeat.A notes app keeps what you write, and a generic AI chat reasons well and remembers the conversation.

LifeOS has a different shape. It's one map, kept by you and Kairos, with the areas read together.

How it works

  1. 01

    You tell it

Send a text, a voice note or a photo, and Kairos notes it in the right area.If you'd rather, a tap on the screen does it.

  2. 02

Everything lands in the same place

A task points to the goal it serves.Work hours turn into what they earned per hour.Sleep, training and diet meet on the same Health screen. That's how the areas see each other.

  3. 03

    The conversation starts with context

You open the chat and Kairos already knows what changed since the last conversation. You go straight to the question, without explaining your life again. The answer shows where each piece came from, so you can check it.

An example, the routine and sleep

In your Routine, the sleep block starts at 11 pm.In Sleep, four nights this week started after 1 am, and the length dropped with them. You ask why your afternoons feel so heavy.Kairos reads both areas and shows you the picture, the planned time, the real time and the hours that went missing.

What to change in the night block is up to you.If you change it, the next week shows whether it was worth it.

The areas of your life, one by one

Each area keeps one part of your life and talks to the others.

The day

  • Routine

Routine shows your day in blocks and how much time is left in the block you're in.Midway through the afternoon you take a look and know how much focused work time remains.A missed day weakens the habit and never resets it.

  • Tasks

Tasks keeps everything you need to do and releases each item on the right day.The appointment set for Thursday shows up on Thursday's list on its own. What you finish stays saved.

  • Goals

Goals measures progress by the results you mark as done, never by a number typed in.A goal with no open task gets flagged.

  • Decisions

Decisions keeps what you decided and doesn't let it be rewritten later. When reality answers, you note the outcome, and both your choice and Kairos's recommendation get scored.Months later you review the decision and see who got it right.

The body

  • Sleep

Sleep logs when you go to bed and when you get up and works out the duration by itself. When you wake up you answer a few quick questions about how you feel, and each answer counts on its own, because rested and ready don't always go together.

  • Training

Training keeps your machines, your workout plans and every set.On Thursday you open Monday's plan and follow the same sequence. Each exercise also keeps your note on how it sits in your body.

  • Diet

Diet keeps what you ate and drank, coffee and water included.Late in the afternoon you check how many coffees you've had and how much water you've drunk. What you ate during the week stays there, with no need to rely on memory.

  • Health

Health brings the body's day together, sleep, training and diet, with a daily summary you tell it, of resting heart rate, steps and stress.A condition goes in with the day it began.

Money

  • Finance

Finance does the balance math for you.You enter each transaction with two fields and two taps, and the total comes out on its own.

  • Work

Work shows the real value of your hour, session by session. You close out Saturday's shift and see what it earned per hour.

  • Wishlist

Wishlist keeps what you want to buy, in order, each item with its reason. When you ask whether you can afford something, Kairos first checks that rent, food and the month's bills are covered.Afterwards, you say whether the purchase delivered what it promised.

  • Inventory

Inventory keeps what you have, where it is and how much is left. What's about to expire shows up marked, and what runs out becomes consumption history. Before you go shopping you open the list and know what's missing.

Who you are

  • Profile

Profile is the base Kairos reads before every answer.Your language, your time zone, the phase of life you're in.If you move to another city, you update it there, and the next conversation already starts from your new reality.

  • History

History keeps the path that brought you here, in eras told in your own words, and a living chapter for what's happening now.On a quiet Sunday you tell the story of the year you moved cities. It goes down in history.

  • Network

Network keeps the people who matter to you and when you last talked.Someone close you haven't been in touch with for too long shows up on a list, as a reminder and never as a demand.

What you run

  • Vehicles

Vehicles takes the car off your mind. Each fill-up goes in with the odometer reading, and the fuel economy comes out calculated.

  • Trading

Trading puts the reason for each order next to its result. You go in, write down why, get out, write down why again. No entry is logged before the day's mindset ritual, and whether to trade or not stays your choice.

Frequently asked questions

How do I start?+

You subscribe through the I want access button, and the account opens right away. Then you start by talking, and your first conversation with Kairos builds your profile. Each area starts with the first entry you make in it, so open the one that weighs most on you today, and the rest comes with time. With little noted down, Kairos has little to read, and the reading grows with what you tell it.

How much of my day does it eat?+

Very little, because each entry is short. One tap checks off the routine, two taps close a goal result, two fields and two taps log an expense. You note what matters, when you can.

What if I go days without using it?+

Nothing is lost and nothing resets.LifeOS keeps what it had, and you pick up where you left off.In your routine, a missed day weakens the habit a little and never erases it.For bills and dated tasks, a reminder arrives the day before and another on the day, on the device where you turn on notifications.

Does it work on my phone?+

It does.LifeOS runs in your phone's browser, and you can use it from wherever you are.

Does it connect to my bank or my watch?+

Not today. What goes into LifeOS goes in through you, with a tap on the screen, or through Kairos, from a sentence of yours in the conversation.

Where is my data?+

Your data is stored on our own server, kept apart from everyone else's, and no model is trained on it.Kairos's memory stays open for you to read and correct.

Does Kairos decide for me?+

You decide, and Kairos shows the paths and recommends one by the weight of each, as Kairos's page explains in detail.

Does Kairos make things up?+

When a piece of data is missing, he asks instead of guessing, and Kairos's page explains that rule.

Where does what Kairos knows come from?+

From what you tell it, area by area, and from a base of 12,702 studies, detailed on Kairos's page.
